  • This study aims to analyze the existence of asymmetric information, bounded rationality and opportunistic behavior between the Investment Office and Integrated Services of Pontianak District as agent and the commnity as principal. Then it aims to analyze influencing of the number of permit applicants, asymmetric information, bounded rationality and opportunistic behavior on the levy value of building permits in period 2009-2013. The data are analyzed in this study are primary data as the results of a questionnaire based on the method of collecting sample of 100 applicants IMB and the data written test are given to 27 respondents in the Investment Office and Integrated Services of Pontianak District. Secondary data analysis is the number the applicant IMB in period 2009-2013 and value levy in period 2009-2013. The method of analysis is used in this study consists of two parts are the descriptive analysis and Cochran's Q test of the existence of asymmetric information, bounded rationality and opportunistic behavior then analysis of multiple linear effect of the number of applicants IMB, asymmetric information, bounded rationality and opportunistic behavior on the levy value of building permits in period 2009-2013. This study finds that there is no asymmetric information and bounded rationality in the Investment Office and Integrated Services of Pontianak District management, but identified the presence of opportunistic behavior in the service of the IMB. The results of the OLS regression use SPSS.20 find the best model, showed a variable number of permit applicants and opportunistic behavior in period 2009-2013 positive significantly influence on the levy value of building permit.
