The purpose of this study is to determine the best technology for reducing contaminant. This research is quantative descriptive interpretive, and the data were collected by researching in laboratory. The result of this study shows that technology combination of UASB-DHS is the best for reducing contaminant. Based on suitability considerations, technological capability, land available, as well as the financial feasibility, a unit of DHS technology can be built as a pilot project in South Jakarta Setiabudi Reservoir.
