- Suara Banyumas has used the website for disseminating information to meet all information needs for people around the world. but the low quality evaluation conducted on the website of the user's perspective causes a decrease in visitors. Evaluation of site quality is very important in improving website performance in order to provide good information and in accordance with user desires. In this study, researchers used the WebQual 4.0 method and the Importance of Performance Analysis to conduct a quality assessment of the Banyumas Suara website in order to provide recommendations for improvement according to the user's perspective. Data obtained using a questionnaire based on the WebQual 4.0 instrument provided to Suara Banyumas website users and assessment analysis using Important Performance Analysis Further improvements/developments will be provided. The final results of the study indicate that the website has met user expectations. But the suitability analysis conducted was 89.81% and has a compatibility (gap) of 10.19%. From the quadrant analogy there are still 2 attributes that are prioritized and 17 attributes that are of low priority. Of the 19 attributes, recommendations for improvement/development of the website on the interaction with manager variables in the service interaction dimension and reputation variables in the quality of information are given recommendations.
